Our Memorial Garden is a peaceful place to remember loved ones who have passed away. Visitors may choose a virtual candle or sunflower, share their loved one’s name or nickname, and leave a loving message.

We ask everyone submitting a tribute to respect the feelings, privacy and dignity of others.

1. Honest and respectful submissions

By submitting a tribute, you confirm that:

The person being remembered has passed away, to the best of your knowledge.
The information you provide is truthful to the best of your knowledge.
Your tribute is submitted sincerely and is not intended to upset, harass, embarrass or harm anyone.
You will not impersonate another person or knowingly submit misleading information.

2. Candles and sunflowers only

Our Memorial Garden displays approved tributes using a virtual candle or sunflower, together with a loved one’s name or nickname and a loving message.

We do not accept or publish personal photographs as part of Memorial Garden tributes.

Please do not include private contact details, addresses, allegations about other people or unnecessary sensitive personal information in your tribute.

3. Tributes involving children

We take particular care with tributes involving children.

Where a tribute concerns a child, we may request additional information or appropriate confirmation from a person with parental responsibility before publication.

We reserve the right to decline or remove a tribute if permission is unclear, there is a family dispute, or a privacy or safeguarding concern arises.

4. Review and publication

All submissions are reviewed before publication.

Joshy’s Heart Of Gold reserves the right to decline, edit with your agreement, delay or remove any tribute where we have concerns about its accuracy, suitability, privacy or potential impact on others.

Submitting a tribute does not guarantee publication.

5. Permission to display your tribute

By typing YES in the publication consent box, you give Joshy’s Heart Of Gold permission to display your approved tribute publicly in Our Memorial Garden.

This includes the loved one’s name or nickname, your loving message and your chosen virtual candle or sunflower.

By typing YES in the separate Memorial Garden Terms box, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Both agreement boxes must contain YES before a tribute will be considered for publication.

Your contact email address will not be displayed publicly.

You retain any rights you hold in your original written message.

Please be aware that published tributes can be viewed, copied or shared by others. We cannot guarantee removal of copies held outside our website.

6. Concerns and removal requests

If you believe a tribute contains inaccurate information or material that may cause harm, please contact us.

We may temporarily remove a tribute while reviewing a concern.

You may also request the removal of a tribute you submitted. We will consider requests promptly, taking account of applicable legal obligations and the rights of others.

7. Responsibility for submissions

People submitting tributes are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is truthful, respectful and appropriate for public display.

Joshy’s Heart Of Gold takes reasonable care when reviewing submissions but cannot independently verify every statement.

Nothing in these terms excludes any responsibility or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
